Refund Policy
We want each purchase to arrive in the condition you expected.
Returns and exchanges
We accept eligible defective and non-defective returns and exchanges. Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be new; non-defective items must also be unused.
Approval is required before mailing a return. Use the free prepaid return label included in your package. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refund timing
After approval, we will process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.
